Windows Boot Manager( in short BOOTMGR) files work as instruction file for all necessary file of Windows operating systems which are required for proper start-up of operating system. Bootmgr file is also present in hard disk drive but it is started by ROM memory when ‘ON’ button is pressed from computer.
